| The board administrator has requested that all new registered users must agree to the following terms before registering and using the services on the board "LOT Racing Drivers Club". Please read the following terms and if you agree to them, select the "I agree" button found at the bottom of the terms. |
This forum is only for those who either drive in or share a common interest in LoTRDC events, Lotus on Track Elise Trophy, Lotus Cup Europe and Sprinting.
LoTRDC will not pass member information on to any 3rd party but may send email communication via a monthly newsletter to those who have registered for the forums and agreed to accept newsletters when joining.
General
1.1: Content of a sexual nature is not permitted.
1.2: Hateful or illegal content is not permitted.
1.3: Dual accounts are not permitted, unless first agreed with Webmaster.
1.4: You must have your name and valid e-mail address in your profile so a forum moderator or administrator can reach you.
Avatars
2.1: All avatars must be no larger than 150 pixels wide and 150 pixels high.
2.2: Advertising images or advertising texts as an avatar are not permitted unless prior approval has been received from LoTRDC.
2.3: Images of a sexual nature (including, but not explicitly limited to: nipples, genitals, buttocks etc.) are not permitted.
2.4: Hateful or illegal images are not permitted.
Signatures
3.1 A guideline for maximum total signature size is 60 pixels high and 468 pixels wide. The reason for this is to keep signature images and text from dominating a thread and interrupting other readers' enjoyment of it. To that end, the Moderators kindly ask that you keep this in mind as they may request that any signature that is overbearing be changed.
3.2 Advertising banners or advertising texts as a signature are not permitted unless prior approval has been received from LoTRDC.
3.3 Images of a sexual nature (nipples, genitals, or buttocks etc.) are not permitted.
3.4 Hateful or illegal text or images are not permitted.
Content
4.1: Any material, which is false, abusive, defamatory, inaccurate, hateful, harassing, or otherwise in violation of any law, is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.2: Any material that is specifically posted with the intention of bringing the reputation of LoTRDC, Lotus on Track, SELOC or other Lotus car clubs into disrepute is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted will be removed without prior notice.
4.3: Posting of copyrighted material unless you are the copyright owner or unless consent from the owner of the copyrighted material has been given is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.4: Spam, flooding, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations in any format are not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.5: Unless prior permission has been obtained from LoTRDC advertisements in any format are not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.6: Any content included in threads be it by link or other means that is deemed inappropriate by the forum moderators may be removed or edited at the discretion of a forum moderator. Inappropriate content may include, but is not explicitly limited to, images of a sexual nature or subject matter that portrays false, abusive, defamatory or hateful content.
4.7: Any single attached image must be no larger than 650 pixels wide and 650 pixels high.
4.8: The moderators will send a U2U to the member to notify them their post has been removed or edited but will not enter into discussions with the poster - the moderators decissions are final.
5.1: LoTRDC reserves the right to suspend/remove any accounts that breach posting rules.
5.2: At their discretion LoTRDC moderators will if necessary amend thread content, close threads or remove threads completely.
5.3: Anyone associated with hateful or illegal text or image content in any way will be liable to immediate suspension from posting.
